You must act decisively to halt the adoption of all types of Vaccine Passport/Certificate, which directly threaten Canada's Sovereignty and my protected Rights of Informed Consent and "Security of the person." In November 2022, G20 leaders, including Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, signed a declaration consistent with amending the International Health Regulations (IHR) at the World Health Organization’s (WHO’s) 76th World Health Assembly in May 2023, instituting Vaccine Passports/Digital IDs. Budi Sadikin, Indonesian Health Minister at the G20 Summit said on Nov 13, 2022: “Let’s have a digital health certificate acknowledged by WHO — if you have been vaccinated or tested properly — then you can move around... Every member of Parliament must reject any Digital Global Health Passport: https://apps.who.int/gb/wgihr/pdf_files/wgihr1/WGIHR_Compilation-en.pdf Vaccine Passports, which the proposed amendments to the IHR would initiate, are an unprecedented power grab. usurping federal and provincial authorities, and are a massive legal and financial threat to our country. As an elected representative, your oath of allegiance compels you to protect Canada. You must stop Vaccine Passports, social credit scores, intrusive surveillance and control measures. We, the People of Canada, reject Vaccine Passports and so must you. I urge you to introduce and prioritize legislation: 	 1. Averting any type of Vaccine Passport 	 2. Preventing intrusive surveillance 	 3. Withdrawing Canada from the WHO, the UN and all its associated and subsidiary entities Vaccine passports must also be banned at the provincial level. Agenda 2030, Vaccine Passports, One Health, the Great Reset, and continual surveillance pose the worst threats our Nation has faced. Secret negotiations around the “Pandemic Treaty” and the IHR amendments, which do not require government approval, would result in further "medical" tyranny. Proposed amendments to the IHR would give the WHO Director General sole authority to declare Public Health Emergencies of International Concern (PHEIC) and "pandemics." Secretive unelected bodies could then restrict travel, commerce, communications - free speech, medical practices, property ownership, agriculture and more within Canada. Behavioral control and surveillance systems similar to the Chinese Communist Party's social credit score system, or controls through digital health records, declared “emergencies,” lockdowns, coerced and forced medical procedures, quarantine camps, and implanted transmission devices are totally unacceptable in a free society. We, the Canadian People, anticipate your full support. Please provide your specific plan of action.
