Because you have sworn to protect my rights, freedoms, our State Constitution, and that of the United States, you MUST act to protect me from any kind of “Digital Vaccination Passport” / "Global Health Certificate” or other form of invasive surveillance and coercive medical requirement. Secret international negotiations to create surveillance and control mechanisms through the adoption of tyrannical amendments to the International Health Regulations (IRH) at WHO’s World Health Assembly (WHA), (May, 2023) are underway. A “Digital Vaccination Passport” / “Global Health Certificate” is critical to the plan’s success. Nothing in the Federal Constitution authorizes regulation of health matters: such powers are solely reserved to the States. Your Oath of Office binds you to protect our fundamental rights, which are directly threatened by the proposed IHR amendments. It lies within your duties to protect the people of this State from these measures by upholding both the State and Federal Constitutions. You can look the other way while global stakeholders, assisted by our federal government, destroy the personal autonomy, sovereignty and freedoms of We, the People, or you can take your Oath of Office seriously and defend our State Constitution and the freedoms of your constituents. The proposed IHR amendments grant WHO’s Director-General (DG) sole sweeping powers over virtually every aspect of life. These powers can be exercised literally at his whim without any review or due process curtailing any of the DG’s decisions. This global control structure is also known as “Agenda 2030,” “the Great Reset” and “the Internet of Bodies.” You MUST enact affirmative legislation which prohibits health mandates, surveillance, social credit scores and similar which are associated with any kind of restriction of personal, medical, educational, economic or travel options. Such legislation must reaffirm the right of each person in this State to make personal medical choices without coercion, pressure or punishment and must eliminate invasive surveillance. You must, in short, protect my right to life, privacy and safety. We, the People, direct you, as our elected state representative, to use your authority to protect us from the destruction of our political and personal sovereignty. The ultimate authority and, hence, responsibility, for such necessary and lawful protection lies with you. I look forward to receiving a specific statement of your position on these critical matters, with a plan of action you intend to pursue to protect our rights and system of governance from the imposition of international medical, social, and economic tyranny.
